A Breezy Minimalist Home With A Slice of Summer Paradise

A staccato of vivacious color scheme and dynamic abstract shapes forms a zestful yet relaxing botanical-inspired minimalist interior design. A cooling palette of creamy light lilac and pristine white dresses up the interior while the bright pop of summery colors and occasional wood accents lend a touch of character to the largely all-white space. The tropical wallpaper forms the backsplash of the dining room that provides a fanciful focal point in the clean-cut and chic backdrop setting. A pocket of modern industrial elements was reserved for the home office glass partition framed by black coated lattice in contrast to the harmonious Scandi-minimalist interior. A sense of lightness and calm pervades through the open concept layout that bridges the visual connection in between various living spaces.

Interior Designer’s Thoughts

This bright and airy minimalist 3 room HDB BTO apartment nestled in the northern region of Singapore was inspired by the neutral colour palette of a Scandinavian interior design. In order to create a home interior design that caters to the aesthetic preferences of both homeowners, our interior designer consciously weaved a hint of industrial details into the minimalist interior design. The husband and wife wake up at different timing for work, so our interior designer created a full-height wardrobe that doubles as a partition to separate the makeup vanity cum dressing room and the sleeping area in the master bedroom. This offers more privacy for the homeowners, which works perfectly in this space-constraint living space.
