The home is modestly-sized. Thus, the homeowners were concerned with the limited spaces and the proximity of the communal area to their children’s room. To increase storage spaces, our interior designer tapped on vertical spaces with platform storage beds and wall cabinets. To resolve the privacy issue with the children’s rooms, a trellis is designed to segregate the living room and their bedrooms.
Notice the bronze-tinted mirror? Aside from making the interior of the home brighter and larger, it also hides the entrance of the common bathroom (which is awkwardly close to the living room).
