WHERE AND WHEN IS THE EVENT HELD?

HOW DO I GET TO THE EVENT LOCATION?
The nearest MRT stations are Bendemeer MRT and Lavender MRT.
If you are driving, parking is available in CT Hub 2. 

Locate lift lobby 1 or lobby 2 for access to our event space. 

AM I ELIGIBLE TO REGISTER FOR THE EVENT?
If the following describes you then yes you are eligible:

1. 1. Your home purchase is confirmed or are planning to renovate your existing home.
   2. You have collected your keys or have a key collection that is within 9 months from event date.
   3. You have not signed with The Interior Lab (TIL) for the same property in the past year.

ARE WALK-INS AVAILABLE?
The event is on a sign-up basis to facilitate allocation of consultation slots. Do sign up here if you haven’t!

If slots are full, you can check back in the weeks or days before the event for any slots that are freed up from last minute cancellations. We are unfortunately unable to entertain walk-ins if the event is fully booked out.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING ALONG FOR MY CONSULTATION?
Bring along your floorplan for your consultation! If you have a mood board or any reference photos, do have that on hand to share with the designer as well.

CAN I PARTICIPATE IN THE LUCKY DRAW?
Yes, all event attendees are eligible to participate in the lucky draw!
Please note that some prizes are sponsored by our event partners. For these specific prizes, winners will be required to post a photo of the gift on their personal Instagram account and tag both our company and the sponsoring partner. This helps us show appreciation to our partners for their generous contributions.

HOW CAN I GET THE GRAB OR CAPITALAND VOUCHER?
The following must be met to receive the $20 Grab or CapitaLand voucher:

1. 1. Your home purchase is confirmed and keys collected or have a key collection that is within
      9 months from event date.
   2. You have your floorplan with you for your discussion with our designer on the event day.
   3. You have engaged in a 30-minute to 1-hour discussion with a designer at our event.
   4. You have completed our short feedback survey after your discussion with a designer.

You can choose between a Grab or CapitaLand voucher and the voucher will be sent to you post-event.
